Gather around the fire and experience Argentina’s most authentic tradition, where food becomes a shared ritual and every moment is meant to be enjoyed together.

Join a warm Argentine family in the heart of Palermo Soho and experience asado the way locals truly enjoy it: gathered around the grill, sharing food, wine, stories, and tradition.

Hosted by Betty and Marcelo, this intimate experience invites you to discover one of Argentina’s most meaningful culinary rituals from the inside. Marcelo takes care of the fire and the grill, preparing premium 100% grass-fed beef with the dedication and passion of a true family host, while Betty shares the stories, customs, and traditions behind the Argentine asado.

You’ll enjoy a front-row view of the cooking process, watching each cut go from the grill to the table while learning what makes Argentine barbecue so unique. The meal is paired with four carefully selected premium wines from small local producers, creating a complete food and wine experience in Buenos Aires.

More than just a dinner, this is an authentic evening of hospitality, culture, and flavor—an invitation to feel like part of a local family while discovering one of Argentina’s most beloved traditions.
