Sail across the lake and walk the boardwalks up to the Cántaros Waterfall, through old rainforest.
A full-day boat trip into Nahuel Huapi National Park, up the Blest Arm of the lake to the temperate rainforest of Puerto Blest and the Cántaros Waterfall. You’ll walk scenic wooden trails, discover a thousand-year-old larch tree, and optionally continue your journey with a second navigation to the emerald waters of Lake Frías.

Itinerary
How the day runs

Step 1
Transfer from downtown Bariloche or specific hotel meeting points (25 km to the port)
- Arrival and check-in at Puerto Pañuelo
- Departure by catamaran: 1-hour navigation through the Blest Arm of Lake Nahuel Huapi toward the Andes

Step 2
First stop: Puerto Cántaros.
- Walk an ascending wooden path through Valdivian rainforest.
- Visit the viewpoints of the waterfall and the Cántaros Lake.
- Observe a millennial larch tree deep in the forest.

Step 3
Continue by boat to Puerto Blest
- Free time for lunch, relaxing, and optional walks.
- Passengers not visiting Lake Frías remain here for ~1.5 hours.

Step 4
Optional second boat ride on Lake Frías (emerald-green waters, highly recommended)

Step 5
Return navigation to Puerto Pañuelo and transfer back to Bariloche
