In a warm Palermo Hollywood atelier, host Aby guides you through making two classic empanadas entirely from scratch — no experience needed — before everyone sits down to share the meal together over a bottle of Malbec. 1. Step 1

   Welcome & Get Cooking

   • Arrive at the Palermo Hollywood atelier, meet your host Aby, and enjoy snacks and drinks while you start cooking.
2. Step 2

   Hands-on Empanadas

   • Prepare two classic types of Argentine empanadas completely from scratch, learning the techniques behind the dough and fillings.
3. Step 3

   Share the Meal

   • Sit down together to enjoy what you’ve made, accompanied by a bottle of Malbec (or a non-alcoholic beverage).
4. Step 4

   Optional add-on

   • Add a guided tasting of 3 extra wines during the experience to deepen the wine side of the afternoon.

   Family Option

   • This class can also be booked as a private Family Empanada Cooking Class, with the same hands-on cooking adapted for adults and children together (Malbec for adults, non-alcoholic drinks for kids).
