Day 1
Day 1: Optional Shared Transfer From/To Salta Airport (SLA) and Salta City
- Regular Transfer from Salta Airport to Central Hotel. Please provide your flight number at the time of booking so we can arrange pick-up at the correct time.

Day 2
Day 2: Humahuaca Small Group Day Tour
- The day begins in Purmamarca, at the Cerro de los Siete Colores (Hill of Seven Colors) and its artisan market. Continue to Tilcara, a town steeped in indigenous history, and then to Huacalera, where you’ll cross the Tropic of Capricorn and see the striking Cerro de la Pollera de la Colla.
- In Uquía, visit a colonial church housing the unique Ángeles Arcabuceros paintings from the Cuzco School. The tour culminates in Humahuaca, where you’ll explore the town’s historic cathedral and the impressive Monument to Independence (El Indio).
- On the return to Salta, enjoy a scenic view of the colorful Paleta del Pintor rock formation near Maimará.

Day 3
Day 3: Salinas Grandes Small Group Day Tour
- Located at an altitude of 3,450 meters, this ancient salt basin spans over 200 km² and was formed millions of years ago through volcanic activity and the evaporation of mineral-rich waters. After exploring the salt flats, the tour descends the winding Cuesta de Lipán, a scenic mountain road where you’ll have the chance to spot majestic Andean condors soaring overhead. The road continues to Purmamarca, at the foot of the Hill of Seven Colors.

Day 4
Day 4: Best of Salta Half Day Tour
- Visit the 1855 Cathedral Basilica, where the remains of national hero General Martín Miguel de Güemes rest, and explore the Centro Cultural de las Américas, a hub for regional art and culture. At the Museo Histórico del Norte (Cabildo), admire colonial-era architecture, sacred art, and exhibits on Salta’s prominent historical families.
- Marvel at the baroque beauty of the Basílica Menor de San Francisco and the serene San Bernardo Convent, home to the Carmelite order. The tour also includes a stop at the Monument to General Güemes, followed by a scenic ascent of Cerro San Bernardo for panoramic views of Salta city. Along the way, pass the February 20th Monument, marking the site of the Battle of Salta.
- The day ends at the San Lorenzo summer village, just outside the city. Surrounded by lush greenery and known for its subtropical microclimate, this area is also home to the Artisan Market, where you can browse handcrafted items certified by origin from across the province.
